Dear All,
We share with you the communication material we have created to disseminate your event: “HEKUP 26 - Persons with Disabilities in Transport 2026”.

The event is already published on the AccessibleEU website: “LINK TO THE WEBSITE”. We would really appreciate it if you can check the information and confirm us that everything is correct.
Regarding to the information you need to share with the attendees:
BEFORE THE EVENT. As you asked us to do so, we share with you the REGISTRATION FORM that you have to disseminate before the event. We will share with you the file of registered people every week starting one month before the event, every day the week before the event and the day before the event once registration closes at midday.
DURING THE EVENT. As you know, have already been noticed by the AccessibleEU Events Team, we need you to check onsite attendance to be able to have evidence to share with the European Commission. This is the ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION FORM you can use to gather evidence on attendees during the event. We are also sharing it with you as a QR code that you can find attached. This might be easier in order to show it to the participants when they enter the event. Remember please to offer special assistance to fill it out to those who may need it.
AFTER THE EVENT. This is the SATISFACTION SURVEY that must be shared by you with the attendees to gather their opinion on the event. You can show the QR code attached right at the end of the event and encourage attendees to fill it out. Or you can send it by email to all attendees the day after the event.
Please, check all the information to ensure that everything is correct, and don´t hesitate to let us know if anything needs to be changed or corrected.
